Pick up of goods is available with prior arrangement from our yard in Kamo, if you are unable to pick up, we offer freight to anywhere in the country, cost, time and conditions of freight vary from order to order so please contact us to arrange.
RETURN POLICY
In the rare case of faulty equipment, we stand by our products and will do all in our power to get you up and running in a timely manner in line with our warranty terms and conditions. We DO NOT however offer any refunds on simple 'Change of mind' situations, in the case of genuine hardship, as a case by case situation we may offer a partial refund minus a restocking fee of 10-20% to cover our time and out of pocket expenses.

Typically, we aim to address warranty concerns through phone, email, or visual aids like photos and videos. Our warranties operate under a Return to Base condition, allowing us to assess the issue before proceeding with repairs or replacements if they fall within our warranty terms

We welcome wholesale enquiries from established local or national installers, To the approved applicant, we can provide small discounts on full kits and larger wholesale discounts on equipment such as cabling, batteries, solar panels/ panel mounting
and Epever equipment, all of which we import, factory direct.
